When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your item the same day and deliver it to you within 2-5 days. Most products are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, your order may be delayed (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Backorders Shipping
Due to high demand, some items may be temporarily out of stock or available on backorder. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that backordered items will take 7-10 days to ship from our store. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for choosing us.
International Shipping

How can I track my order?
We’ll send an email as soon as your order has been dispatched to let you know it’s on its way. As your tracking number will be included in this email, it’s important that your email address be provided correctly when placing your order.
You can also check the progress of your order at any time by clicking the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or signing in to My Account and selecting Order Status.
How can I check order status on My Account page?
Go to the My Orders area of My Account after logging in. You’ll be able to select the order you’d like to view, as well as the ability to monitor the order, from there.
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.
Can I cancel my Cancellation Request?
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
