Return and Exchange Policy

Our return & exchange policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you got it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.

Items that are non-returnable:

  • Gift certificates

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not return your product to the manufacturer.

Refund

Refund will be issue as per your preference which you have selected in return request form.

  • Bank Transfer

After Refund approved It’ll take 4-5 working day to show refund in your bank account.

  • Store Credit

If you have selected store credit, you will get instant refund amount in your store wallet after refund approved.

Only partial refunds are allowed in the following circumstances: (If appropriate)

*Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our fault. 

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to tell you that we have received your returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your store wallet or original mode of payment within a specific number of days.

Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.

Your refund may take some time to be properly posted.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Only regular-priced products may be refunded, Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at in.ddfl@gmail.com

Gifts

You’ll get a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. A gift voucher will be issued to you after the returned item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will be notified of your return. Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping expenses when returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. 

If you are mailing an item worth more than Rs.75, you should choose a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
