How do I go about making a purchase?
Look around the site. When you’ve selected an item you’d like to buy, click “Add To Cart.” Continue to add goods in this manner. When you’re ready to check out, click the cart symbol in the header and proceed to the payment page.
Is an account required to place an order?
No, you are welcome to check out as a guest.
We do recommend creating an account since it will allow you to order without having to enter your information each time you buy with us. It will also provide you with advantages such as order monitoring, frequent mailings, and unique discounts and special offers.
You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping right away and set up your account when you check out, whatever is more convenient for you.
Simply follow the easy instructions on the screen and have your payment and address information handy.
How do I update my DAYDREAMER FASHION LOUNGE account information?
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to access My Account whenever you want. If you wish to update your password, email address, delivery information, or credit card information, go to My Account page and update it there.
If you haven’t visited us in a while, it’s worth checking My Account to ensure that all of your information is up to date.
How can I apply a coupon code?
Please enter your discount code in the promo/discount code box on the cart’s first page (my bag). Then click on the APPLY CODE button. Before proceeding, please double-check that your discount code has been applied. If your code is not successfully applied at this step, we will not be able to apply the discount or credit you later, and you will be charged the full amount for your order.
Could you please give me additional information about your products?
We try to provide as much relevant information on all of our products as possible in order to assist you in purchasing the items that will best match you.
The product page for each item contains size guide, a detailed description, care instructions, a video, and, most importantly, a variety of photos.
If there is anything more you believe we should add to better assist you, please let us know and we will try our best to incorporate it.
Do you have a size guide?
We never want to send you something that does not fit properly. Check out our sizing guide for measurements, fitting suggestions, everything you need to make sure it fits correctly and looks fantastic.
I recently bought something, but it’s now on sale; can I receive a refund for the difference?
We are unable to refund the difference if an item you purchased is now on sale.
Rest assured, another fantastic deal is always just around the horizon, so keep an eye out online!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is Shipping?
Free express shipping on orders over Rs. 999! Flat Rs. 49 for orders under Rs. 999.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your item the same day and deliver it to you within 2-5 days. Most products are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, your order may be delayed (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). How can I track my order?
We’ll send an email as soon as your order has been dispatched to let you know it’s on its way. As your tracking number will be included in this email, it’s important that your email address be provided correctly when placing your order.
You can also check the progress of your order at any time by clicking the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or signing in to My Account and selecting Order Status.
How can I check order status on My Account page?
Go to the My Orders area of My Account after logging in. You’ll be able to select the order you’d like to view, as well as the ability to monitor the order, from there.
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.
Can I cancel my Cancellation Request?
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
What is your Return Policy?
Our policy is valid for 7 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have gone after your purchase.
